I am looking to seed a new lawn, when is the best time to get started? The ground is still frosty here.

Spring time is a great time to plant your lawn. Ideally, once the last frost has hit and the temps have warmed the soil, a better percentage of your grass seed will germinate. There are many factors which must be considered before planting a lawn. i.e. amount of sunlight, regular watering and proper soil conditions. Lawns do require a lot of maintenance to keep them healthy. --tkb
